I read that apparently he is interested in the role am i the only one who thinks thats a bad idea?

Anybody got anyone in mind who could Play as Snake? I just cant think of anybody who is awesome enough to play as Snake.

Unless they can somehow find a guy who looks and sounds EXACTLY like him, David Hayter. He's not a far cry from snake as far as appearance goes and he does the voice so...

Hugh Jackman for me i actually thought about this a while ago he seems like the right guy for it but it is still better if we just dont make the movie

I really hope he doesn't because Bale can only do two kinds of roles, crazy or hard ass cop-type. Neither really fit Snake all that well.

Christian Bale is not a bad choice for Snake, like he played Batman, thats as close to Snake as you can get ( on a scale of badass-edness) and you have to say, the way his voice grumbles is perfect.
