Christian Bale is British? I always thought he was American.

He's Welsh, which is really surprising as he uses an American accent in films and in interviews you can only spot little drops in his American accent if you know he's really Welsh.

Sorry, just being a Welshman makes me proud that Batman is Welsh.

Think this is great of him to visit these kids as a selfless act. Not many actors would go out of their way to visit kids who were nearly killed just trying to watch their film. Kudos.

I never branded him the worst man that ever lived, and if you have a bad day, you don't act the way he did. There are other things about him being an angry and horrible person, although no real specific incidents I'm aware of and either way, whether or not these things about him are true, he has that reputation and he would know it.

Well, that's nice of him.
It really is great that this was on is own time. Usually when celebrities do this they're surrounded by press but not this time. No media, no press, just an actor and his fans. It's really touching.
