Mmmm....All this wonderful food is making me wish my intestines weren't complaining so much.......

As for me and my house, we had pork, homemade mashed potatoes, corn, and canned cranberry sauce.

Not fancy in the least, but it did taste good and fill me up (much to my later regret.....).

Oh, and pecan pie for dessert!

What happened to the good old fashioned roast turkey with all the trimmings, to the crispy potatoes roasted in goose fat, to the figgy pudding?
Let me guess... you're from England? Not ripping you off, thats just incredibly English. I had exactly the same, with the addition of roast gammon.
As British as they come, yes.
For the queen. *hand on heart* and of course I had the same.

My Christmas dinner was a jalapeño/cheese bagel, some chips and salsa, a protein shake, and a couple PBR tallboys.

EDIT: ... and it was good.

All but the figgy pudding, that'd be my dinner too. But then, I'm American, so I suppose that would explain the alterations. I still wish I could have gotten my hands on some goose though. You haven't had Christmas dinner 'til you've had a Christmas goose.
