Chronic pain

Anyone here who suffers from chronic pain of any sort? I fortunately do not but my Dad has a horrible lower back due to a car crash his friend caused. It really can affect his disposition on days where he can barely move and yet he still has to go to school to teach.

Just wondering if you had any stories.

while not chronic I tend to get period pain rather bad

perhaps not the worst pain ever..but when its bad...its bad...because its the type that starts out ok, then becomes more uncomfortable and then it just hangs around and just DOESNT GO AWAY for what feels like ageis...and you can hardly concentrate or do anything and ITS JUST THERE

and you think WHY is my body doing this to me? why does it hate me? and somtimes I think breaking an arm would better (probably not)

I dont think my lifestyle helps...espeically the caffine, I realised caffine made it worse

My girlfriend gets wicked stomach pains from a combo of endometriosis (sp?) chronic fatigue and slow transit. It sucks some days she can bearly get out of bed even with taking codine and other pain killers.

Sucks about your dad too.
