Anyone here a cigar afficionado? Whats your favourite? How long did it take you to appreciate them? Ive smoked them since I could legally buy them, this comes from spending £13 on a Maduro No. 5 that was so tightly rolled as to be unsmokable, in an attempt to alleviate the rage I ask this question.

I am not too much of a fan, but I got some friends who are (Note; I live in Mexico, cuban cigars are not illegal here.) And I do enjoy the casual cigar, my friends who do like them usually give me some so it's nice. But I like Hookahs much more, I guess it boils down to preference.
I have respiratory problems and the smell of any kind of tobacco makes me feel ill, so I don't smoke at all myself. However, I have friends who enjoy the occasional cigar/pipe.
I prefer cigars to cigarettes--people don't seem as inclined to neurotically overindulge in cigars.

Even if Cuban Cigars are illegal in the states, nobody actually cares. Hell, my Spanish teacher even once a year passes around her (old) Cuban cigar around her new classes. Nobody cares, so nobody really enforces it.Zyst said:
