I'm curious to hear the community's views on reviewing older games, particularly for the GBA, SNES, NES, PSX, and PS2 generations. Would folks be happy to see reviews of these older games?

I'd say go ahead and do it. There's nothing to stop you reviewing them, so why not?
Plus everyone loves a little bit of nostalgia, don't they? And you might bring up older games people overlooked and might want to pick up. So in short, go for it.

I'm looking at going through Tactics Ogre for the GBA. Also, I used PSX as the old abbreviation for PS1. Did the abbreviation change while I wasn't looking?

I only own a Sega Genesis & a PC, but I do like to catch up to anything good I might have missed that will deffinately work with my graphics card. I'd be interested in PS1 games too.

It did. When Sony released the small white PSX they called it the "PSone" so I guess people just started to abbreviate it as PS1.

I like reading old reviews, its fun because I missed a lot of them. Basically I only vididly remember PS2 and up with some PS1 and N64.
