Clipping problems and how they destroy my experience

I want to start off the thread saying that I love games with atmosphere and density in their settings. However many things it takes to set up the sort of thick fume of in depth characterization of where you are, it proves to be undoubtedly worth it.

Now, that's out of the way, please denote your attention to Fallout 3.

I'm betting most of you are tired of hearing about Fallout 3 bugs and problems, but I need to vent a bit, because this has been pissing me off for quite sometime. Being an avid gamer who likes to exploit his games to the point of finding EVERY single easter egg and EVERY single little detail, I find that clipping tends to destroy my fun.
Sure , you have to expect clipping and all of those problems, but to be honest, it shouldn't be so bad as to rob a player of something they deem important. This brings me to the portent of Wild Bill and how I will never, ever find his .32, ever. As I explained, I like to find everything in a game, so when the fact that ol' Bill's body had been robbed from me was ascertained by the missing Bill, I flew into a fit of fury that could match the rage of any player who forgot to save their game then crashed. While this may be melodrama, I'm beginning to notice more and more clip problems such as this.

So aside from my crappy experience, though obviously over thought, what experiences does anyone else have in the angry glitch category?

I rarely am angry as a result of a glitch, primarily because I have very rarely been presented with a problem that actually halted my progress in the game. The game Sin is the only game I can recall that was delivered in a fashion that I believe can described as broken without hyperbole. As it stood, there was no way other than cheating that I could actually finish the game.

Losing out on a weapon in fallout hardly bothered me. I wanted that Ultra SMG but couldn't bring myself to kill the person carrying it for example so I, as a player, denied myself as much as the game ever did.

I only got annoyed in Oblivion, when I had 100 speed, I kept falling through the floors if I ran into a wall due to lag and speed. If I was in a cave with water, I had to constantly no clip back up. I also was chased eternally by a skeleton I couldn't find once. I went way back to a previous save, went into the previous area and it appeared, but it wasted about 30 mins...

I got it without killing her. During the Reilley's Rangers quest, when you're going up that hotel, you can find a recording on a bed from Sydney's father. Talk to her about it, and she gives it to you!

bugs in games can't really be helped. One major killer for me is with the havok physics engine that just about every game uses.

It annoys me when, say, you kill an enemy over a ledge, they fall over but their hand clips and they're stuck there dangling and bobbling stupidly. What annoys me even more is when the game makes a noise whenever a body is moved, so all that miscellaneous movement is making a constant thudding noise.

Above everything that's the kicker for me, the repeated bumping around with the noise never ever ending.
