Ten-to-one it requires Silverlight, yet another of Microsoft's attempts at competing with an established property (Flash, in this case) just by showing up and saying "We're Microsoft! We made this!" as if that doesn't just make everyone
less likely to want to use it.
Anyway, this takes me back to the old, old days when software tutorials were fun. Like the one that came with the Amiga, which took full advantage of the system's advanced graphics and was produced by Mindscape, an actual edutainment game company. Even Microsoft got in on it with their tutorial for Microsoft Works, which featured some of the best animated ASCII art you're likely to ever see from a mainstream software company. Sadly, neither has been recorded and archived by YouTubers, so they may be lost forever.
