ok the title is sort of wierd but i would like a way to make 2 different firefox browers.
as in one doesnt affect the other
this being that i want add-ons on one, but not the other.
so i was wondering if there was an easy way to do this? can i just redownload it or copy the file or what?

...why would you want this? it seems rather odd but I can tell you that I dont know any way and I would highly doubt there is a way, why don't you just use another browser at the same time?(I.E,opra, google crome.ect)

Maybe re-download the installer and change the install folder. That may work, I'm not entirely sure though.

I'm pretty sure installing to a different directory would work.

He could be using some hefty addons, and only wants them half the time and could use the lite version when he doesn't need them.

I've got about 4 different web dev apps running half the time when I really don't need them. Would be good to have a separate addon list/install for when I need them. Disabling/enabling works alright though. I wonder if there is an addon for addon management...

Why? Firefox is just fine i see nothing wrong with it.
What? He's saying Firefox is so good he wants it twice, sort of... But he's not definitely not saying it's bad.

Well, for Safe Mode, (I'm assuming you're using Windows here) go to Start-> All Programs-> Mozilla Firefox-> Firefox (Safe Mode).

To set up a different profile, here: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+Profiles

Hope any of this works, Composer.
