I had never listened to 10,000 Feet (Wolfmother) in full, so when I did and heard the guitar solo between 2:30 and 2:51-ish I almost eargasmed.
Also the second repetition of the first verse (with the slightly changed lyrics) in CTE's (Cage The Elephant's) new single made me neargasm.

A lot of great choices from people here, I'm always glad to see some power metal love out there!

For me some of the songs that have given me that elated feeling are:

Meat Loaf - Bat out of Hell
Led Zeppelin - Stairway to Heaven
Sonata Arctica - Gravenimage
Gamma Ray - Real World

Also with the OP on Sabaton 40-1, saw them live recently and it was so awesome I went and got another ticket for them 3 days later XD

Close your eyes and sit back, at one point there is some speeker feedback because it couldnt handle the note, dont even watch the vid though its the best i could finde.
That's great and all, but to a point you just have to go. "Okay, cool. Now where's the music?" Don't get me wrong, I wish with every fiber of my being I could play to that skill, but it's just so boring. no words, no rhythm, it's just this wall of sound that gets old over time.

Man, people have some bad taste in music... I won't say who you are because you know who you are.

The following gave me such chills when the chorus comes in at the end the first time I heard it.

Next, after not having heard the song for a while, the bit once they get out of the Latin part gives me incredible chills.

Distinct lack of Steve Vai on this thread. Or from what I've looked through anyway.

It doesnt have to be a song to sound amazing. The question was closest thing to eargasm, and that is pretty amazing guitar. Its a solo, solos dont need to be very structered

me, being a Pokemon fan, was looking for an HD version of Pokemon: Diamond and Pearl; Galactic Battle, and i came across a German one, and by god did my ears cry for not having this in America, especially at the ending.
[yeah yeah, the kiddies wouldn't know what their talking about, but who cares about them.]

I can't really explain any of my three, there's just something primally calming about them.

I'd have to say these, among others, but these come foremost to mind:

Have to include these:

And finally this one for driving (mostly, but it works else where too):
