SuperMse, creator of the "CNN discovers Rapelay" thread, back to tell you about CNN once again being behind the game. Today the subject is less controversial, but still comical. On the front page of it's website, right now, CNN has this article [http://www.cnn.com/2010/TECH/gaming.gadgets/06/16/e3.cloud.gaming/index.html?hpt=C1] about Onlive on display. Yeah, with all of the big reveals at E3, they chose to cover this. At least we're getting some...non-negative (I wouldn't say positive) coverage in the mainstream media. I'll let the article speak for itself. But I would like to say, CNN, that I would love to see somebody trying to play Assassin's Creed 2 on an iPad...

That was.... interesting?

News networks really have to stay away from gaming, or at least TRY to understand what they're talking about.

I could very easily see how they'd push this into a piracy thing, so just be happy they didn't stage a school massacre with those wrist-knives to justify their insanity and move on.

I couldn't agree more. What I personally find funny is that my local newspaper is giving the Kinect all this good press and they're acting like Abe Lincoln just returned from the dead to govern the US again, when all of the gamers I know absolutely hate Kinect and the shovelware associated with it. Man, they need actual gamers over at that newspaper.
