Whether or not this is a true official trailer from Treyarch remains to be seen as no other announcement has been made to my knowledge, but the quality of the trailer should speak for itself:

At first we see a control palnel with several orange/ red CCTV monitors and a microphone on the table with a cigarette and the idea is supposedly that the viewer is behind the controls watching the images unfold. Suddenly, the squishing of decaying corpses interrupts the short serenity and several images flash up on the screens. We are treated to images of the Nazi Zombies mode from WaW and of men in lab coats first leading men around and conducting experiments and then later fleeing for their lives as the zombies break loose and shuffle down the hallways. Screens of men firing what appear to be Cold War era guns are displayed along with fires and slow, ground level pans over corpses loaded onto carts. A word stands out among the carnage on screen: BHNMANHE. A Huey spins and crashes on one screen as wee see a man being experimented on in another. All the while a nearby zombie pounds repeatedly on the glass and attempts to force his way in and an eerie, Halloween esque piano number plays over everything that is going on.
The high quality of this trailer would be a bit much for a fake, fan made trailer and so, for now, we can assume that this is a trailer from Treyarch.
