1. Story is pretty shit compared to other games. Virtually any story from Portal, Half-life 2, any bioware RPG ever, WoW etc. can out match the confused mess that is CoD's single player. It is very cinematic just not very engaging in terms of plot, characters, setting (not that there really is one).
2. Multilayer is the same as every other CoD since Modern Warfare. Yes you can customize more stuff, a few new perks/guns, the knife's been balanced etc but I really don't want to grind through 70 level to unlock everything then (and then some more to actually pay for the guns I've already unlocked) for a third time.
3.No real customization of gametypes accompanying the usesual problems with matchmaking means that their is no CoD:BO community (like there is for Halo:Reach or TF2). The lack of community makes the game feel a bit dead,
It's not a bad game, it's fun in small douses with friends (Nazi zombie mode is great). It's just that it's another Call of Duty churned out to capitalist on Call of Duty
