What are some of the gameplay features, from COD or any other FPS, that you tend to take for granted?
For me, it's a couple of small things. The penetration ballistics for one (i.e. where bullets can punch through most types of cover) and the ability to pick up grenades and throw them back at enemies.
I recently bought Homefront , which I now know was a big mistake, and found that those two features weren't in the game. An enemy could be hiding behind a wooden fence and be perfectly safe, even from sustained LMG fire. And, I found out the hard way (one of the many times I died) that I couldn't return grenades to sender.
