Infinity Ward have released a trailer to Modern Warfare 2 regarding the multi-player streak perks. In CoD4 the streaks featured air strikes and an AI controlled helicopter. Yet from the footage shown it seems likely players will be able to fire down from the helicopter similar to the single-player level "Death from above". A menu system featuring a variety of streak possibilities is also shown, this would add variety and customization to the experience, as well as forcing player to get kills through "skill" rather than through the AI.
It's certainly an interesting concept, and the in-game graphics appear busy and detailed, particularly as its a multi-player game. What's your thoughts on this development - does it match previous streak rewards or will it unbalance gameplay?
