So just today i decided to pop in the old "world at war" Call of duty game and play some nazi zombies and team death match.
I noticed there were only about 12,000 people playing which isn't as much as it was last time i played. The nazi zombies was slowly found and disbanded after the first 3 waves in less then 15 minutes. So I switched to team death match and was welcomed to a match on cliffside were I spawned and immediately witnessed people flying across the map and spamming grenade launchers that mostly hit me, and a spam channel by the map that repeatedly said something along the lines of " ____free___ haxxzmax(?)___Bitches!" (could't care about what it said really...)
So after a few immediate kills at spawn, I found a enemy sitting in a corner looking as if afk, and I started to unload a clip of a BAR into his head.
He turned to me and shot me once and I died. I sat there thinking "What the----?!"
And that was the rest of the match and all of the matches afterwards; Hackers shooting the innocent player while they shoot at them with no satisfaction of the sweet 10 point reward, instead a kill-cam reward watching their own death.
So what happened?
Did the people who monitor these matches give up and let these cheaters get away with it all, taking fun from everyone else?
Is call of duty, world at war multiplayer declared dead now?
So has anyone else experienced this and what do you think?
