CoD4's new maps

Has anyone else been having trouble downloading the new map pack on Xbox live? I've talked to a few of my friends and they say they've had trouble too. I was just wondering if people in other countries were experiencing the same issue or if it was just an American problem.

One of my friends downloaded them and he had no problem what so ever. I haven't seen the maps yet I just saw him online playing a downloaded map.

I'm in Canada by the way. And so is he.

My one friend had no problem at all. Most people I know couldn't even download the new CoD4 update until last night, though.

I've finally managed to start downloading the maps this morning, but it keeps stopping. We live on the Eastern coast of the U.S.

I assumed Russia was in Civil War between the Loyalists and Ultranationalists. That's just me.

Depending on how the maps are, i might buy them.

I know Russia has its problem with loyalists/ nationalists (not a full-blown civil war, however), but how'd the UK get involved in shooting Russian special forces? If we're going to go along this confusing route, we might as well have a North American map where mounties and the CSI duke it out (holy crap that would be awesome).

I personally think the maps are good.
