Looks like they're taking after Champions Online. Thoughts?

Good idea, just a shame it took them so long to get to this point, IMPO. Champions Online beat them to the punch, which probably drew a lot of poorer or interested players. CoH is playing catch up at this point.

Still, I might be interested in checking out Paragon City again, as far as my Premium access isn't too restrictive.

I would probably give this a go since while Champion Online had awesome custombility, the game itself was rather dull the last time I've played it. I mean COH had survive this long so it must be doing something right.

this can go really well... or really poorly. it all depends on how they set up their f2p system. like, some games such as Forsaken Worlds have a fairly decent, non intrusive item shop system... where as others it's a core part of the game and/or there's heavy advertising.

I made a little comic a while ago about if wow went f2p. enjoy >)

Interesting concept. I've been playing the game for 4 years now and I love it. The f2p program might do a nice turn of events, or it could mess it up. Maybe that incites more players to get into the game, hopefully, as it is really a great and customizable mmo
