I have seen it written both ways, colour and color (as in books, I don't believe the internet) and so I thought it's correct either way.

Oh, and if you see something black in the bushes, it's not a shadow.

colour is the European spelling, Color is the American spelling.

(if you set your dictionary to UK then Color is flagged as incorrect, whereas a US dictionary flags Colour as wrong)

Probably something like black for guards/weapon specialists, white for medical, yellow for technicians, red for the nuclear reactor crew, etc...
