For me, what I liked about Bioshock2 was the ability to use and upgrade plasmids and tonics as well as using weapons at the same time, and Fallout3's huge open world and characters made for literally thousands of hours of gameplay for me.
So imagine if it was like Fallout3, but the nuclear radiation acts like Adam and Eve.
