We all know that Beatles song 'Come Together', but do we know what it means? Some say that each versue is about one of the beatles. Others say that it's John doing a self portrait. Tell me what you think its about. Oh and if you have not heard the song, here is a link:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YcQGtigeadM

Happy writing!

It is about the indivdual members of the band.

For example:
He got no shoeshine - The Lack of shoes often attributed to George.
He got monkey finger, he shoot coca cola - George's finger dexterity and his increasing drug use. Coca-cola obviously means cocaine.

Walrus gumboot - I am the Walrus and John wanting to be the Walrus, a joke that runs throughout their careers. In "God-John Lennon" he states that, "I was the Walrus, but now I am John"

Got to be good lookin' cause he's so hard to see - Paul was considered by many to be the most attractive of the group.

That is just a few examples in the song. Pretty clear to me that each verse is about a specific Beatle...
