Comic Book romances/Star lord

So, I have recently started following Marvel comics Star-Lord comics and I have really invested into Star-Lord and Kitty Prydes relationship. I just want to know what is the rest of the forums opinions on this and the other relationships with the pages of comic books. Whether it be Spiderman's doomed relationships, or Tony Starks dysfunctional relationship with Pepper Pots, even Green Arrow and Black Canary's Reltionship I just want more incite what people look for in well-written comic relationships.

I agree, Kitty and Star Lord feels like the most real relationship in recent comics.

My favorites have always been GA and Canary, Dick and Babs, and Jay Garrick and his wife Joan. Green Arrow and Canary just because of the JLU cartoon, Dick and Babs because their relationship has been building up for most of their lives, and Jay and Joan because it's nice to think that a superhero can grow old and settle down without anything refrigerator-y happening.

I like the Rebirth GA, if only for the art style and the fact that GA and Canary are back together. Dick and Babs are Nightwing and Batgirl, Jay Garrick is the Silver Age Flash. His wife is just a normal person.
