So why does an article showcasing someone's affectionate devotion to the series have to spend an entire paragraph, 1/3 of the content, talking about how terrible the ending was? Is it that hard to believe that some people still love the series, despite (or in my case, partly because of) the ending? It's one thing that everyone has decided that the ending being awful is an uncontested fact, it's another that they feel the need to bring it up and cast a negative light even on something like this costume which is an entirely positive love letter to the series.

Well damn, I'm impressed! That really looks very close to the armor in the game. She even looks the part. Best Shepard cosplay I've ever seen.

Yeah, I thought that was slightly pathetic and a little off, too.

Why someone doing a great homage to a design would "cheer up" anyone still whining about an ending they didn't like - from a couple of years back - is also a mystery.
