If I'm paying for Television, I shouldn't have to pay to sit through advertisements. If cable and satellite were free, I probably wouldn't care as much... but if I'm paying for it, I don't want to watch advertisements.

That's why I got a PVR. I don't watch anything live anymore. Including sporting events. It's much nicer to be able to just skip to the actual parts of the show.

Plus if I'm watching a 30 minute program, if you cut out the 8-10 minutes of advertisements and intro themes and credis, I'm saving 33% of my time.

On Digital TV, that is all we have. On every channel, at every single ad break ever.

OT: The ones Neon mentioned and the injury lawyers adverts.
And the Cash 4 Gold scam business ads as well.

Those were tolerable compared to the 'Halifax Radio' ads they're doing now. A big part of me is glad I don't work there any more.

I can't think of any current ads that make me laugh much, so I'll say I'm tired of all of them. Particularly though, I'm sick of Geico's caveman commercials. It was funny back in the day, but now I'm done with those commercials.
