That's what I thought when I woke up today but, according to [url:http://coffeetea.about.com/od/caffeinehealth/a/How-Much-Caffeine-Is-In-Coffee-Tea-Cola-And-Other-Drinks.htm]this website[/url], Pepsi max has the most caffeine of all sodas, and diet coke isn't too far behind.

Well I had a caffeine free one (Sprite Zero) a little bit ago, but I have been drinking Coke Zero lately and some diet orange drink (don't remember if it was Crush or Fanta). Coke Zero is caffeinated after all; I wasn't really aware of that. I'm getting caffeine from chocolate too.

Just to let you know, depending on what this survey is for...you know the phrase, "Correlation is not causation?". That. A thousand times that. Caffine could lead you to be tired. People who are tired could drink more caffeine. A certain lifestyle could naturally lead to an acceptance of energy drinks and a lack of sleep. Marketing of energy drinks could appeal to people who may be more physically fit, and mask any results. Also, as far as tiredness goes, a person who sleeps 50 hours a week may sleep a little over 7 hours a day, or they may sleep 15 hours on weekends, and 4 hours on week days, and there is a huge difference..

I already discussed "correlation is not causation" part with my teacher: some people may be tired because they consume caffeine and some people may consume caffeine because they're tired.

And that's to say nothing of selection bias. (You're not surveying a sampling of the general population, your surveying primarily young, tech savvy males interested in gaming who want to respond to your poll.)

One of the primary reasons for choosing this website is its userbase; according to certain stereotypes gamers consume more energy drinks than the other people.

And yes, this is an highschool project. I'll make sure to note the disrupting factors in the report. I can't do any experiments, but with enough filled surveys I should be able get some results.

I think that controlling how you sleep is a great ability. Crashing for 2-3 good hours can make wonders and leave you to make up for the sleep loss a few hours later.

1) About 1.5L on a college week, none on a non-college week. Bear in mind it's Monster I drink, so yeah. Lots of caffeine in that.

4) 46 hours on a college week, 54ish on a non-college week.
5) Right now, about 3.5. But I didn't have college at 9am today.

1-3: I don't get caffeine from those sources but I do get a completely guessed average of 700mg of caffeine from pills per week.
4: About 35-42 but sleep is about quality not quantity and I get low quality sleep.
5: 8-9 Most of the time
6: Having insomnia, not getting much sleep, what little sleep I do get is low quality because I almost never get to the important post REM cycle due to waking up for various reasons. My body is used to never getting much sleep so if I do somehow get a period of good sleep, after a while I just stop being able to get to sleep.
