Hmmm my favourite is probably Paul Hindemith, Olivier Messiaen or Erik Satie, but recently I've become hopelessly addicted to Terry Riley, and I think In C might just be my favourite piece of music ever written.

Ah, In C... I played that last year! So much fun to play, but I don't know that I'd want to sit down and listen to it!

Hindemith, on the other hand, is also one of my favorites. My very first "Favorite piece" was Symphonic Metamorphosis

Samuel Barber, Yoko Kanno and Hans Zimmer. I'm not a big fan of the classics like Beethoven, Vivaldi etc. They never really hit home for me.
