Computer Error Help (double post ignore)

For three days i've been trying to run Terraria on my computer. I've tried every fix suggested to me by the internet but to no avail. Finally I checked the event manager and found that the error is caused by the .Net runtime failing due to error 1026.

Does anyone know how to fix error 1026 for .net? It is version 4. Please help.

Description of Error The Windows Error 1026 occurs because of several reasons. One reason is that there is no sufficient space on the computer hard disk. It might also occur when the user attempts to copy or remove a file over a computer network while the server is having problems in sending the file because of high network traffic volume or because of security issues.
