I think my graphics card might be dying. Recently, whenever I play a 3D game (Fullscreen or not), the game will freeze every few minutes (although the audio will keep playing). I've tried a whole bunch of different drivers, no change. I tried a fresh install of windows, still no change. The problem must be hardware.

My setup is as follows:

CPU: i7 920
Mobo: ASUS PT6 Deluxe II
GPU: nVidia GTX295
HDD: 2x500GB SATAII
RAM: 2x2GB DDR3 10600
PSU: Antec Truepower Quattro 850W

Any idea what I should do? Is there any way to tell for sure what is wrong? Any way to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.

Although I'm not going to be able to solve your problem I'll try to provide some help since you deserve it.

A glance at your graphics card tells me that it has instability issues since it's fairly new. Make sure it's fitted properly (you'd be amazed...)

Are you using the latest official driver or the latest driver? Because some drivers are in ALPHA testing and they apparently work very well as opposed to the official 181.22 driver.

I've heard of issues with the PSU too, though really I can't provide much more support on that topic.

I suggest heading over to nVidia forums, since you're not going to get much more help here.
