Problem: when ever my OS (Windows 7) boots up, it blue screens into something along the lines of "Security Accounts Manager Initialization failed because of the following error: The handle is invalid."

Its been working at intervals of around 2 days but the error just comes up again. I took it to Geek Squad and they did shit at all (asked me if they should just do a system recovery) so I got it back before they could do that.

If you can help me fix the problem, you have my thanks. I would also like to add that in the wors case, I would like to get it to start at least once so I can back-up my data and then do a system recovery.

You should be able to start system recovery from the installation DVD if you have a copy. If not, it's easy enough to download a recovery disk from the interwebs somewhere. If you can't get that to work the best solution would be a reinstall. Fortunately if you don't format you will still keep all of your data so a backup shouldn't be necessary (though really you should have one already because hard drives do die and you will lose your shit if you don't keep a copy).
