Computer issues

My computer has been a broken down piece of crap for a while, but this latest issue is a little more difficult to ignore: My screen has turned blue (and a little green.) I don't think this is an issue with the monitor itself, since the monitor menu is still normal in terms of color.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Could be a problem with the connecting cable. It might be damaged or a loose connection.
