Hey guys, it's my 18th in two weeks and with my birthday money I am going to build a gaming computer. I should have around about $750 (hopefully) to spend. I have put together a list of parts that fall within my price range and would like to know what you guys think about them, if they'd actually work together and whether or not I'll be able to play games on a decent setting with them. I have asked my friend who makes his own computers but he doesn't seem to be able to grasp the concept of budget shopping.

This is at www.msy.com.au which is apparently the best place to buy parts in Australia. If you have some spare time other part recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks guys.

I'm just going to assume everyone is watching the wedding.

Please, any opinions would be great because my friend is starting to piss me off with his "everything is shit" approach.

This site is based in Ireland so all the parts are kinda overpriced so you will prob be able to get it for alot cheaper then you can add a 100 for the monitor.

HD 5770. I was going to suggest that as well. I went to the site SirDeadly is using. There are a couple there that fall in the same price range as the GTS 450 that he selected.

It's the card that I have, and it awesome. I also figured it's play nicer with the AMD CPU and the motherboard.

Thanks guys but yeah, my budget is $750 AUD so if you could get the prices from that site it would be helpful.
