So today, I recently turned on my computer. It started up fine and everything, but when I opened up Google Chrome, I noticed Something weird. My Bar was completely blue at the top, which it never use to be, it use to be the same color as the bar right below it, a light gray. At first I thought, oh an Update, but then I opened up Adobe Flash, and when I looked at it, it had a blue bar at the top too (Not the same as Google Chromes Blue bar, but a Blue Bar none the less). So then I checked the Programs. Opening the Command Prompt, I noticed a gray block surrounding it. ITunes and the Configuration thing look just fine, but I am not comfortable with the Blue block ontop of Google Chrome (Which is where the tabs are now) and the Blue Block ontop of Flash (which says the name of the Project I am working on). Also, shrinking them causes the image to stay on screen till it's completely shrunk, and the icons sort of reset themselves sometimes when I make the screen shrink. How do I fix the problem?
