I re-installed windows earlier today and have been experiencing many problems since, one of which I posted on these forums and found a solution for, so I thought I'd come back again.

As stated in the title, my computer no longer recognizes my graphics card, which I'm sure you can see is a pretty big issue.

Anyone know how I can fix it?

Update Video Card Drivers? I don't see how reinstalling an OS would ou screw you over otherwise....

I'm not sure where to go to update them, the ones off of the Dell website don't seem to have any effect..

What Graphics Card do you use? :)
I honestly can't remember for the life of me. I seem to remember it being ATI, but I don't know. I just used the one that came with my computer.

Check Device Manager, see what isn't installed (the yellow question marks) and post them.

So, sound card and video.

If the info found by me is correct you should have a Integrated Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 900® for video (if it's integrated that is).

If not, open your computer and check the serial.

For audio driver, check the Dell site again so that you have all that you need.

That's all that's written on it? No company or other numbers on it?
There were many other numbers and tags on it, I just put the one I assumed was the serial number. I'll look again.

There should be a shorter one. Also the name of the card. Sorry for not specifying in the first place.

Thats alright, I should have mentioned I didn't even have basic knowledge of what I was doing. :p

Anyways, these are all the things I found printed on the card:

Bar Codes :
REV A01
S/N 2605180003293
P/N 102A2590500 00000B

Now there were also two yellow stickers on the card. I'm not sure if their significant at all but I included them just in case. They said :
090
620/OK

There were also two black chips on the card. Again not sure of their importance. They both said the same thing:
SAMSUNG 516
K4D551638F - TC50

I also did some research and apparently the card my computer would have come with is a "PCI Express x16 DVI Video Card". The previous owner could have changed it, but I'm not sure.

That's a generic name. 3/4 of the graphic cards today have that description.

As for those serials, none actually say anything about the card and I don't know exactly where you were looking or what it looked like.

Try finding out the hardware IDS again.

Here's how:
