I have a feeling that there is going to be a sense of parody in this. With the main enemy being secret agent Guinea Pigs, a Singing Chihuahua, and High School Jocks/Preps.

I'm going to predict this takes place in some sort of dysotopian Disney World and it is your job, as Mickey, to restore it from bizzare rapture-esque hellscape to lovable kid funnable Disney World with...I dunno, your magical wii widgit or something.
Probably. I do wonder who their target audience is. It doesn't seem to be completely appropriate for kids, but not for the more adult gamers either. I think the most wacky thing you can do with the Disney franchise is Goof Troop for SNES.

Since Andrew Ryan is sketchily based on Walt Disney (In Appearance and other stuff) and Disney wanted his own Utopia I can see this turning out okay.

Might be godawful though.

That looks incredibly awesome. Now all wee need is Optimouse Prime (Mickey Mouse/Optimus Prime hybrid toy) to appear in a video game!

sorry to seem naive, but i'm not entirely sure what steampunk is...

Think a Fantasy or Sci-Fi like game during the 19th century, where steam power is prominent.

It's happy-go-lucky Disney gone wrong and futuristic! Ha ha ha! I love it already!
