So I decided today that would join the Jimquisition fan group here on the Escapist... but...
there isn't one!
Why is that? o_O
Would you make one? Would you join one?
And don't look at me, I'm no leader. -.-

If someone reads this and makes one, be sure to say something so we can join it. >.>

People make fan clubs for shows for shows on the site? Fair enough. I'd join.

And while we're on the subject I thought I might as well share this:

Thank God for Jim.

I would not. Jim's job could be done by anyone on this site, and probably three times better.

Stand there in a suit and introduce the episode... check.
Ramble on about how videogames are good but videogame companies are the devil... check.
End the episode pretentiously, for the sake of being funny. But, make sure this turns out awkward instead of funny... check.

We could probably get some nice topics/ideas/videos out of other people on this site too.

Not a chance that I'd join. Not a fan of him, his videos, or what he supposedly adds to the site.

The whole "Thank god for me" thing in his videos has worn away at me, gradually causing me to think less of him. I no longer watch the Jimquisition -.-

Well, I enjoy his videos in a passive sort of way.
His 'Thank god for me' bit is just sort of his catch-phrase, and doesn't bother me.
I probably would for the sake of showing some support.

I'm having some very mixed and confused feelings about this peom...

I'd join, too. I enjoy hearing about his outlook on gaming as both an art and a business - and everything in between.

Thank God for Jim.

No, thanks. The rare times I agree with him in his silly video segments are completely negated by the baffling lack of professionalism replaced by shameless masturbation that passes for his reviews. Jim Sterling is paid to be a tool, and if nothing else, I guess you could say he embraces his job. And hell, it's better than any job I've had or likely ever will, so thank god for people that think being a ham sandwich is worth a check.
