Im done with this. This comic has officially had an arc. It started out to be a low rent gag comic, improved drastically untill it became a good gag comic, then became a low rent plot comic.

Not disaggreeing with you that the tone is all messed up with this comic, but you've got to realise that this strip has been pretty experimental from the get go. The content, target audience, delivery, art style, etc, has been constantly changing from the get-go. It's still in Beta and while some stuff is sticking, a lot of what is tried out gets left by the way. Grey and Cory aren't professional comic writers, they seem more akin to bloggers using a comic strip as their medium.

Even more the reason to point out what doesn't work and why, even if it's just my opinion. I just wanted to do something actually useful and constructive rather than saying "this sucks and I'm this close to dropping it". Again.

You know, it makes sense that his arms would be tired, as manly and muscular as they are. He's been holding her for weeks now.

I'm happy that this storyline is coming to an end. I liked it, I think it's a good thing in the long run, but man, has it been dragging on.

Thats because he can only draw so many faces.

Why do people hate spontaneous and non perfect women? Way I see is is half these forums are sperging hard and dating someone maybe equally bugfuck crazy would be an eye opener for some.

Spontaneous and non perfect? Thats an fucking understatement. Lets look back on this shall we?

1.When a friend tells her he doesn't want to hang out she breaks into his house and hurls heavy and expensive electronics at his girlfriend. Then, when he rightfully throws her ass out on the curb, not even pressing charges, she proceeds to mope and get drunk like she's the victim.

2.Whilst getting drunk she aggressively rebukes the advances of another man before suddenly deciding she wants to sleep with him, showing all the cohesive and rational thought processes of a chimp on a meth and viagra bender.

3. When said man says he doesn't want to sleep with her because she's a barely conscious, drunken, emotionally damaged mess of a person, she promptly assaults a random, unseen person in order to force this guy she just met to save her and take her home with him.

4. After the guy proves himself to be equally fucking insane by hanging her out a window, rather then simply acting calmly, walking out the door and then calling the cops, she attempts to solve her problem through violence, yet again.

Yeah, sorry, it's more like she has Borderline personality disorder then being "Spontaneous". And as per non-perfect...yeah, I guess being a shallow, egotistical waste of a human being with exactly two emotional states of "Insincere snarkiness to cover up own self loathing" and "Homicidal rage"is non-perfect.

Christ, this is the sort of woman who, if you knew her in real life, you would dub a "Crazy *****" because thats exactly what she is, she's a hateful, manipulative woman with severe mental problems.

2.What in gods name are you even talking about? Gaslighting? How the hell does that connect to any of this? Who exactly am I psychologically abusing by saying a character is unlikable?
