I'm not particularly computer savvy. I can do the basics but sometimes I need help, this is where you guys come in.
In my uni accommodation we have a designated internet ethernet socket. However, you cannot simply plug the 360 into it because to actually gain access to the internet certain software is required. We tried to overcome this issue by bridging the connection using a PC and even with the 2 systems communicating happily and with the PC merrily enjoying the internet XBox Live was still a huge no go.
Are we just missing out a few key steps or is it simply that the port we require is blocked off?? Should we give up hope on this ludicrous pipe dream or fight on and hope to be rewarded for our efforts?? The future of my enjoyment, and the enjoyment of everyone around me rests in the hands of you kind hearted individuals...
