So they want to fund game devs eh?

After blaming computer games for everything from theft, rape and murder.

As someone who will be voting, I officially cant make my mind up. Even if he says this, i unfortunately have preconceptions of the Tories and Mr Cameron, granted I don't really like any of the three parties at present.

Still... at least someone has registered that gamers are a good source of votes alas.

I seriously dont get why all the kids my age are saying Conservative's are all cunts and Lib Dem should be in charge.
Bandwagoning mainly. But the roots and ethos of the tories are enough to make me despise them, never mind the policies.

edit - The dude with the bunny/hare avatar a few posts above me compressed my thoughts very well.

Wow, the definition for "conservative" in the UK and US couldn't be more different.
Well, not completely so. Conservatives here in the US are all about cutting taxes. But it would be a stretch to see a US Republican backing anything that would be in support of videogames.
This can have a lot of good things to go for the UK. But promises and follow-thru are often two completely different things. Be wary, my friends across the pond!

Don't care. You can't make me vote for these dick heads.

That being said at this point it's impossible to not vote for someone whose a dick head.

Yeah, maybe my vote will be based a little more on whether they're going to do a good job running the country, sorting out the education system and the screwed up university payments, than whether they're letting videogame developers off easy.

Seriously, I know I'm a gamer, but if they think they can win me over with this, they must be even more out of touch than I realised, which is saying something.

Ultimately, I'm for the Get Labour Out Of Power party. Whoever they may be.
Does that include the BNP? ;)
Least they'd sort out immigration... *ducks millions of projectiles*

Don't worry hate the BNP! Its going to be an interesting election, but I can quite see a Tory/LibDem co-government, as has been said, Clegg is going to back whoever wins (or is second if lib dem are first!) the popular vote, not who gets the most seats, at present I believe Tories will get a slim majority of seats and Lib Dem/Labour scrambling for 2nd.

The major question tho, is if popular vote equates to seats at all. :(

Pffft it's still not worth another Tory government.

Im a Lib Dem backer personally and no I'm not bandwagoning, I actually agree with most of their policies, getting rid of tution fees and introducing proportional representation to name but a few.

Too bad I'll be busy during the summer with citizen service if the conservatives get in, so I won't have any time to be playing any of the UK developed games, sorry.
