Console issues

Sorry for the quick hit thread but I'm under mortal threat from my sister.

Baiscally how do I change the credit card on the PS3? I got it back in NZ so naturally we put a New Zealand credit card on there but now we are in Ireland and my family wants to buy new songs for Singstar and Guitar Hero. I've googled and it said go to account management then billing information "Cool, that's easy" I thought as I went down stairs but then I couldn't find account management.

Help would be much appreciated and to try to give some semblance of discussion ask away about any console issues you may be facing.

Yeah thanks but here's a new roadblock on the ever-painful way of dealing with this shit, I need to change the password I wasn't there when it was originally set so the person told me and now we've both forgotten. Is there a way to change it without the old pass or a way to make a new master account?
