CONSORTIUM: This game needs to get made!

Something I found on Kickstarter. This game reminds me of a weird mix of Omikron and Mass Effect. It also has elements of The Last Express. It's a FPS/RPG set on a spaceship. With allegedly "dynamic NPCs". The Kickstarter page seems to contain slightly less hyperbole than anything i can come up with. Holy shit did not think anyone else played that.


As for the game, it looks interesting and I can see some Omikron influences but I find it very difficult to get enthused about Kickstarter games.

That they got Soule on board is pretty damn cool though.

Soule was the one part of Skyrim i couldn't complain about. They have raised about $2'000 more than when I last checked. Now they "just" need only $5'000 to reach their goal. The updates on the kickstarter page show a little bit of gameplay and surprisingly well acted dialogue.

Looking at the Kickstarter page I got annoyed at the "skirting along the fourth wall" thing close to the screen shot showing a dialogue choice saying "I'm in a video game that you're both a part of!"

Ugh. That's not skirting anything, that's just going "HUUUUUUURG VIDEO GAEMS WE'RE FUNNY LOOK"

To each his own i suppose. I choose to see that as a Sarcastic Confession. This is a game in which people react to what you do. You could be honest or just lie to people.

Looks interesting enough, but I really hope the graphics in those screenshots are unfinished or something. Graphics are not everything and not every game needs to look like Crysis but what they are showing off is just awful.

I don't mind the graphics. They don't look awful to me. But I can see your point. Meh. I'm still excited!
