Controling Chaotic Evil

so im generally chaotic neutral because im a bastard, however my mate always chooses Chaotic Evil, and Sorc ....


oh and he generally ends up either blind or naked

so how can i stop him from killing everyone in an entire town, which contain plot devices by our DM

Have a Lawful Good NPC murder him, to protect the townspeople. Keep doing it until he gets the point.

This is the inherent problem with the D&D alignment system, a lot of players use the alignment description as set in stone rules for how to play their character. Many CE NPCs don't go around killing random people randomly. Next time he does this, remind him the alignment reads Chaotic Evil, not Stupid Evil.
