Controller for PC use

Hello everyone.

I have a few games I bought on Steam that I think would be better with a controller, like Batman: AA etc.
They say 'Controller enabled' but I don't know how to go about this, is there a specific one to go with that works best? I have completed these games previously on PS3, but I'm used to a 360 controller too.

So what piece of kit do I buy to enable controller use and which works best with Controller enabled games? I'm assuming 360 is best to go with..

It can be tricky to get to work, but you can actually plug your PS3 controller into a PC and use that for gaming

If you own a PS3 controller you can use that with the cable that came with it and this program.

You simply just have to set it to Xbox emulation instead of PS3 controller emulation. I'd also suggest switching around the bumpers and triggers as the default xbox setup is a tad awkward on PS3.

Ive not found any recent game that hasnt natively supported the controller and worked really well with it.

Aha, I already had that on my wishlist but I was just checking to be sure first, I'll go with that, thanks a lot.
