Controller/Mouse-breaking moments in games

So I was playing MoHA and I got to the end of the fourth mission, where you have to secure a bridge which happens to be crawling with guys carrying panzerfausts. I played and replayed this little section for no less than an hour. I kept on getting really far and then dying from rpg's which ohko you. Long story short I broke my mouse from beating on it too much.
So I was wondering, what parts in games have literally made you break your controller?

For the computer mouse, Football Manager 2007. Unfair reffing, unfair A.I, unfair everything, crap manager (me) resulted in broken mouse.
Now I have a soft ball of some kind to throw if I get annoyed.

CoD probably has my vote hear, any CoD game with multiplayer. CAMPING PIECE OF FUCKING SHIT *ragequit*

thats seems to happen more often lately with MW2.

Not noticing my health bar in Borderlands and dying at the same time as the only enemy left in the area so i couldn't get second wind also it was just before i got 1 million dollars with the Pandora-dog Millionaire achievment.

OK going back a bit, FF Crystal Chronicles final dungeon in single player! Really lets you know that you are sad if you don't have three mates with GBA's to play with!

Modern Warfare 2, it's wonder how my controller isn't reduced to dust because of the multiplayer.

yeah i have had a few online multiplayer moments where i get frustrated, usually im just talking to myself saying "are you serious?>!??" otherwise i realize my controller is my salvation to owning that noob so i try and stay nice

a few games i have nearly broken the controller are:

FF Dissidia : (almost broke the psp gettin pissed off at bosses)

Dragons Age: my fault but i forgot to save and i was about into dream world and the game hadn't done an auto save yet so it went all the way back to me getting shale...i was not a happy camper

KOTOR II (pc) : i had some mods running but one of them had the baddies at extremely higher levels so i got creamedddd and i couldn't find a save far back enough to be able to tactically help or take them out, so i did that about 50 times or so and ended up having to restart the game and take out that mod (was about an hour or two in, so not too bad, but still kinda pissed)

street fighter II turbo : sagat...what a fucking harley rider, jesus christ almighty that guy was counter spammer, i was gettin so pissed i couldn't get the guy for shit

can't think of too many off top of my head..maybe a star fox 64 game here or there, where i got to the end on the left side and ended up gettin owned by crack wolf
