Just about any gam; once things stop going my way for even a second i start to punch the furniture. The only time ive thrown a controller and broken it was when i was playin CoD4 online. I had just gotten my KD ratio higher than this one guy who wouldnt shut the fuck up about it. Being the mature gent i am, i proceeded to shove it in his face. The next round i did so bad that it caused my ratio to go down .02 which resulted in further mocking from this person. I sought to redeem myself next time around but the round started out just as bad and midway through i hucked the 360 controller at the ground so hard that the pieces shattered in all directions and part of the battery pack cut me a little.

My most recent times?
The damn bombing level in Call of Duty 4, and Through the Fire and the Flames on Expert.

I beat it in the end though, so whatever.

Trying to pass the torture level in MGS 1. I don't know if I destroyed the controller, but I certainly destroyed my right hand pressing the damn O button. Thank Christ I hadn't discovered masturbation at that point.

Final boss of Prototype and the fight that looked/felt like a final boss. Mostly the final though the timer put pressure on me that really wasn't needed so I kept trying risky tactics to bring down his health at my own risk. It didn't end well.

Quite a lot of moments in Prototype. Most of the later missions made me want to throw my laptop out of the window. Still love the game though
Fffffffuuuuuuck your heat-seaking missiles, annoying strike teams, and artillery fire that knocks me off of buildings.

Furthermore: That mission where you have to destroy like 12 helicopters that are running away from you.

Not fun.
Even worse. When you have to get the guy in the tank after that.

fucking cod4, i mean its been pissing me off sooo much, but not as much as lately. k so me and like 2 of my buddys deside to do a no-scope match on shipment, usally im pree good at no-scoping, but not lately, so anyways were playing away, but then i notice friend 1 is destroying me, and i dont like to loose, so i deside to start quick scoping, still cant kill, by now hes on a 20 kill streak, 15 of which are me, so then i convince my self that the map is to small and he has better reaction time, so we play on ambush. i get the first shot off he still kills me. i watch the kill cam and hes doing no techniques or anything, and im like wtf! so by now if already smashed my controller on the concrete ground of my basement, now my A button doesnt work, so i see him walk around a corner, and im like "i can finally redeem myself!" i fuckin walk arond the corner and shoot all five bullets at him he take one shot, boom dead, so i chuck my controller, and the mic flys of my head and hits ground too. So i walk over and pickup my mic and notice theres no earpiece anymore, im like fuck, so i rip my disktray out, and chuck it, i take cod4 and scrate the shit outta it and now im like fukin useless system, i rip it out of my cabinet and chuck it at the ground. The end of my seconde xbox 360. in short

ive gone through 3 mics,
two controllers
and 2 xboxes

There have been many for the 360(like SETH THE FUCKWIT) but I don't throw those...too damn expensive to replace. Instead, I just punch things...like the punching bag that is 3 feet to the left.

That one wasn't too bad for me. The moments that really made me swear were
- When you have all your powers taken away
- when you have to try and get into one of the boss's tanks, with helecopters knocking you off every time you try, and an instant fail if the tank gets blown up. Which it does. Repeatedly.
- Having to take out all the bloodtox pumps...dear god.
- Mother. Just...Aaaaaaaaargh.
- Any time in the late game when a strike team gets called in if you do so much as break a window.
- Protecting the main Bloodtox pump from two leader hunters at the same goddamn time

There. That about does it. Oh, wait, and...

- Trying to infiltrate a base with about 10 bloody viral detectors surrounding the place. I know you can sabotage them but one wrong move and...aargh...*chews on keyboard*
Come on. Chewing on keyboards is unhealthy. Take this instead *hands some arsenic*. That will make your troubles go away...

On topic, my worst ever throw the controller at the screen moment was in prince of persia warrior within. It wasn't a game where you could save at any moment you like. Oh no. You had to find a fountain, then drink out of it. But not any fountain. A special one. Cause the water had "special properties" or something. sigh.

Anyway, I got to a point where you are the sand wraith, and i got beaten to a pulp by some enemies. I managed to keep enough of my health to survive a while-but it kept draining and for that small an amount of health it was going FAST. I managed to get round a corner, and saw the fountain that would heal me and save the game. I litterally got within an inch and died. I reloaded-just so happened the last checkpoint was after the battle. Same again.

And again.
And again.

There was no way i could bridge that last inch in time!! You have to be at the front of the fountain to drink, so i couldn't just drink out of the side. I re-did it like 10 times trying all kinds-rolling to move faster, whatever. But no dice. Lets just say...controller...R.I.P.
Though I love Warrior Within, I agree it was a punishing experience.

I actually damaged the analogue stick on my controller when I hurled it on the floor playing through the concubine in the latest installment, Prince of Disney.

I can honestly say that I've never thrown a controller at a console. I'm usually very calm when I play, even if the game is frustrating.
When it's a game like Final Fantasy or Lost Odyssey and I die after a long time with no save points, then I just turn the game off and stay off it for a long time.
Thats exactly how I am. Like in Mass Effect when I forget to save, I'll probably stop playing for a week, then I'll start playing again and remember to save.

Ok, well one time my buddy pissed me off one night while I was at his house, he was annoying me and asking to borrow my controller(even though I was going home and needed it), I threw it at him and broke it.

Force Unleashed Star destroyer Boss. i broke Two[/B] Controllers & then snapped the disc. Never regretted doing it.

I Broke an already weak controller on Red Faction, One of the later missions, I just got raped by a tank, Was the first time i died, I just snapped. I just stood up & launched my control at the floor (never the screen, I like my Tv).

Moto GP's learning curve was challenging at first, Weakend a few controls on that game.

And im suprised my GH control still works after the number of Who Moments.

Its only Single player i cant stand, ON multiplayer i only get annoyed with objective based gametypes (which i dont play), Glitchers, Excessive lag, Uneven Team matching & When you quit a game and then you search for a new game & it joins you back into the game you just quit...over & over. (im looking at CoD5 for all of those)

EDIT: Oh, I forgot Tekken. I hate Beat em ups.

Any forced stealth, especially in the Gerudo place in Ocarina of Time. There's alot actually in that game that's broken, really. But the most frustrating parts are bosses you have to reflect attacks bck to them... and getting Epona... and the "games" to get bigger equipment.
How dare you insult Z:OoT! Non-believer! O:

Final boss fight in Viewtiful Joe. Not only is he invincible and ON FIRE for 75% of the fight, but you had to go through all five previous bosses for a second time, back-to-back, with no checkpoints. FFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUU-

When someone spams the X button repeatedly in Soulcailbur IV online.

Im usually quite chill when it come to online games, cuz i know there's gonna be someone better than me, and im gonna get beat a few times. But the sometimes there are noobs who spam one button the entire match, letting me get no hits in, and when i block they just grab me.
The first time (only time so far) someone did this i ragequit and almost broke my 360 controller. And this first time in like 6 years that i got mad from a game, and my first time ever ragequitting. FFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUU-
