Bio: A rather quiet individual, Raul spent a great deal of his life sheltered from the world. After moving out of his parents and moving into his college dorm, he thought that would all change(but he was wrong). Expecting all this new freedom would bring about opportunities to partake in new social experiences, Raul was shocked to see he preffered to shut himself in his room, the only company was that of his video games. He had become socially awkward and had no clue how to fix this predicament. Upon doing research for a school project, he happened upon an ad for MegamiCon 2010, and with luck, it was close by. as he read about the Con and all it had to offer, he noticed the Gallery. Behind the link was an abode of pics of people dressed as there favorite game characters. Raul looked at the screen then at the box art on Assassins Creed 2. He quickly searched for, purchased and recieved his very own Ezio outfit, just a week before the Con. Maybe hiding behind a character could help Raul break this socially awkward barrier that seperated him from a "normal" life.

Character: Ezio Auditoire de Firenze

Abilities: As a well trained assassin, Ezio is a formidable foe to deal with. Whether it be his ability to adapt to combat situations with ease, using the environment to his advantage, or his ability to evade danger, he can prove himself to be more than able to take on anything that is thrown at him. To aid him in his journey of death are many trusty items, whether passed down by ancestors or created by eccentric painters, each is deadly in its own way. His armor has a rather mystical quality to it, being compared to that of the fabled "golden fleece" that was spread through fairytales, can withstand a barrage of attacks without giving signs of wear or tear. His sword, cast from a mysterious compound of metals, seems to cut through most armor with ease. His hidden blades, the most useful of all, are both subtle and honed to a fine point. Combined with a rather cleverly hidden gun and a hollowed blade to dispense a deadly cocktail, these combine to make a rather deadly trio.

Nameante Jamison

Age: 18

Bio (personality and background): Dante was never a hard core gamer or into anime. Dante did however find a show that he liked after a friend of his wouldn't stop bugging him until he at least watched one show that he would recommend. That show was Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. Recently a lesbian friend of his asked if he would like to go to the MegamiCon 2010. After saying no she promised him introductions to semi attractive desperate girls so he agreed. However as part of the deal he would have to go in costume so he choose the protagonist from the only anime he liked.

Character (who they're cosplaying as):Lelouch Lamperouge

Abilities (include weapons): Lelouch Lamperouge has the power of Geass. This power allows him to give someone one absolute command that they must fallow. To use this power he must be able to make eye contact with the person which can be done through direct eye contact, or a reflection as long as he can see there eyes and they can see his. Lelouch Lamperouge also uses a single pistol with him and has a mask that can open and close a spot over his eye so he can choose when to make eye contact with a person.

Names: Alice Princeton (a.k.a. BloodyTears) and Jacob Lodell

Ages: 21, 21

Bios:
Alice: A long and devout fan of all things anime and Castlevania. In 2006 she gained a small amount of popularity and a cult following with her bimonthly anime and video game reviews known as BloodyTears Productions. Through sponsorships, donations, and merchandising she has been able to earn a decent living off. Quiet and often not one to engage in conversation unless dragged into one. She revels in her loneliness. Despite her low profile nature, Alice is known for her ability to make people laugh. Her arch enemy is JesuOtaku, whom she attempts to best on an almost constant basis.

Jacob: A long time friend of Alice, co-writer, and reviewer for BloodyTears Productions, and Alice's roommate. A little more fun and outgoing than Alice, he enjoys a good talk and is the life of any party. He enjoys conventions for the opportunity to meet new friends and fellow reviewer alike, as well as all the costumed women.

The two have traveled to many different conventions such as anime expos, E3, and many other conventions. Both were called to MegamiCon! to be given their room and booth for seminars and meet-and-greets.

Characters: Richter Belmont (cross-dress), Adrian Farenheights Tepes ("Alucard")

Weapons:
Alice: Wields the blessed "Vampire Killer" whip with an assortment of secondary weapons such as knives, crosses (thrown like boomerangs), veils of holy fire, throwing axes, ricocheting stones. The power of the Vampire Killer ensures effectiveness against all types of enemies with assortment of subweapons to back her up. She is also capable of unlocking the ultimate power of her subweapons by use of her "Item Crush" ability. She also has a small amount of control of magic.

Jacob: Alucard Sword, Alucard Shield, Alucard Mail, Dragon Helm, and the Twilight Cloak. He also possesses a variety of artifacts which enhance his combat ability. He also carries a similar assortment of subweapons. He weilds the Alucard Sword, which has been fused with the Bloodstone and the soul of the Muramasa, causing the sword to grow slightly heavier and sharper with each time blood is introduced to the blade. He also has command over several familiars to aid him in battle. He is also an adept shape shifter, and is capable of taking forms such as a wolf, a bat, and mist.

He can't stand being in a large group of people but his love for gaming has made him come every year. He attempts to use the mannerisms of the character he goes as. He is a person who uses games as a escape from reality where he is alone and bullied.

Name: Shaun Goldberg

Age: 17

Bio: Shaun's typically a rather choleric person; he's quick to anger, and will soon resort to his fists when words fail him. That aside, he's fiercely loyal to those he favors, and would sooner face horrible injury than see one of those people get hurt.
Raised in Ireland, he once came across a younger boy getting beaten by a gang of street kids; Shaun rose to his defense, and in doing so, formed a strong friendship with the younger lad. In gratitude for Shaun's aid, the lad allowed Shaun to borrow his most prized possession; a copy of Final Fantasy VIII. Shaun played it, but he didn't much care for the game and gave up a couple of hours in; when he returned to the lad's house to return it, however, disaster struck; Shaun found out that his young friend had been mauled by a pack of wild dogs, and had later died from his injuries. Grief-stricken, Shaun returned home and did the only thing he could think to do to honour the boy's memory; he played through Final Fantasy, from start to finish, without stopping even once to take a break. After seventy-two consecutive hours of play, Shaun finally defeated the final boss, then dropped into a fatigue-induced coma from which he wouldn't wake for almost a week. During his rest, Shaun had a vision of the lad, telling him to go on living as he himself would have loved to, had the Lord felt so inclined to allow it, and when he awoke, decided to devote his life to remembering his young friend in the best way he could think of; by being a hardcore Final Fantasy fanboy.

Character: Seifer Almassy (Final Fantasy VIII)

Abilities: Seifer is in possession of a gunblade known as the "Hyperion"; while in itself it doesn't actually fire bullets, by pulling the trigger at the second of striking a foe, Seifer can cause a deposit of gunpowder to ignite, sending a shockwave along the blade and bestowing it with the power to cleave through rock. In addition to this, Seifer can cause flames to appear in the palm of his hand, which he can then throw like a fiery baseball at his enemies.

Name: Wilde Beest

Age: 21

Bio: Wilde went to this convention just to see what the big fuss is all about. He laughed a lot about the way people dress on this convention, because where he came from, such things are rarely seen. He got talk in to cossplaying by some friends he made there. There were several customs he could choice from but hey chose the Guard one, because he like Warhammer 40000 and also the books about it plus being one of billions select few in a universe were there's death just around the corner.

Character: Imperial Guard Stormtrooper

Abilities: Hellgun, Hellpistol, combat knife, frag and krak grenades, Bio implants on his arms and legs which give him enhanced speed and strength, but not a lot.

Name: Lira Johnson

Age: 25

Bio : Lira is logical above all else, even when it reduces the morale of her comrades. She's an out of work programmer that hasn't ever gone to a Con before. She knows how to fight well enough to dissuade any predators at the con, but she isn't a master. She cares for everyone else, but the survival of Numero Uno is the bottom line.

Character : GLaDOS (from portal).

Abilities : She has a pet turret that keeps her company, it's less powerful, but it won't die from getting flipped over. It's got quite a personality of it's own, often contradicting whatever Lira says. She also has slight control over robots.

Bio (personality and background): An Englishman and Anime obsessive,Marcus is generally kind and helpful,though can be driven to states of deep anger.Generally makes friends easily and help anybody anyway he can.

Bio (personality and background): A video game fanatic, Brandon went to the convention because he thought it would be fun to dress as one of his favorite characters. He got into cosplaying as a little kid when he first started playing videogames. When he has heard that there were costumes he could buy that looked exactly like his favorite characters, he was instantly hooked on cosplaying. Another thing that got him interested in cosplaying was some of the comics he had read, both super hero and developer made comics. Brandon is a laid back person that just loves fun. He isn't hardcore like some people that play video games, he is just looking to have fun and shave away a few hours. He can be a tad harsh at times, and is serious when he needs to be. But other than that, he is a nice guy who loves a good joke or two.

Character (who they're cosplaying as): Mr. Sunshine (Saints Row 2)

Abilities (include weapons): Mr. Sunshine always keeps with him a machete and a voodoo doll in the game. The Machete is just a normal machete that anyone could use. But the voodoo doll actually allows you to use voodoo powers such as hurting someone by abusing the doll, controlling how a person moves and can basically make people defy the laws of gravity by just tossing the doll up into the air. Of course, what gangster doesn't have a gun? Mr. Sunshine has a pistol.

Bio: Born in the late 80s as an outcast and an only child. He only had a small group of friends, but other then them, Video Games and other similar things were the only pleasures he ever really had. Raised on a diet of DnD and popular RPG and story based games, James found a small group of players who he always could trust and even then, never branched far out from them. Even as the 21st century rolled around and modern multiplayer/Co-op games became the rage, he games mainly with this small group of friends.

One day, his rather large friend, Keith arrived with 4 tickets to an extremely popular conevention known as MegamiCon and while the idea of large crowds freaked him out, James was willing to go with his friends to help with the group costumes. The brainstorming process was....lacking to say the least. The idea of the left 4 Dead survivors was quickly shot down for lack of no one wanting to be Bill and the idea of the going as Jedi Knights went down rather fast on it's own. Soon, they came to another game, Borderlands. 4 characters, 4 of them, it seemed like a simple choice. Which led to James choice of character.

Character: Mordecai (Borderlands. AKA The Hunter)

Abilites: Specilized in all forms of weaponry and in expert at sharpshooting with scoped weapons, Mordecai is perhaps the most lethal of the 4 Borderland mercanries at Long Range. In the case of close range combat, he is also skilled with Pistols and is armed with a Machete. Like the other Mercs of Borderlands, Mordecai has his own special ability. While Brick can destroy with powerful punches, Lilith with her ability to shift between dimensonal planes and Rolands powerful sentry turret, Mordecai has a specially trained Bloodhawk. The Bloodhawk will lock on to a target as soon as it is released and viciously attack it for large damage before flying back to Mordecai.

It's hard to make the weakest character in a Game about powerful mercanaries sound sub-par Dx

With a loud bang, Shaun Goldberg kicked open the doors of the convention center and stepped inside. He took a moment to bask in the conventionliness before casting his gaze over the numerous booths and panels on display. There was a showcase for upcoming games, a little cosplay parade (he probably wouldn't be signing up for that), some stands selling replica weapons and merchandise from various anime, and a row of tables near the back where nerd-culture celebrities were signing things. Shaun had never really seen the appeal of those things; I mean, who would go and wet themselves over the guy who did the voice of Edward Elric? Glancing over the people lined up there, Shaun couldn't see a single-
"Oh shit! Yahtzee Croshaw!?" He yelled, his heart stopping for a few seconds. When Shaun returned to the land of the living, he rolled away from the doctor crouched over him and made a beeline towards the fast-talking englishman as if he were a glass of water in the middle of the Sahara Desert.

He shrugged and walked further into the convention,taking in deeply the air of fat smelly nerds that rarely bathed or showered.He looked at the sights and saw rather nice replica cyborg arm he'd have to get later.He heard the noise of nerds all around him,discussing various things.He swore he even saw a band of mudokons,led by Abe,walking around the convention,he smiled and sat down.
"I'm home."
One or two nerds walked by and laughed at this statement,he flicked them the bird briefly and observed the other people intently.It was always nice to see what somebody would do for their costumes,he saw a Knives,who walked past him and asked him for a photo.He did so,and was promised that eh would get a copy,he didn't really care if he wouldn't or not,it was nice just to let someone have a nice picture to show to their friends.

James walked with his group, looking at the large number of booths filled with ravage fans in seperate costumes. To his left he saw a large number of boys and girls dressed as Elves, Dwarves and Halflings as they clamored around Peter Jackson's booth. To his right, he saw large number of folks dressed as Gordon Freeman and Chell as they lined up in front of Gabe Newell's booth and in front of him he saw an empty booth with a bored man dressed as Jar-Jar Binks.

"Hey Jamie! over here!" yelled one of his friends, he was rather portly and didn't look anything like Brick, but witht the pickings thin, he really had no choice on who he wished to be.He quickly hurried over. They were huddled over a map of the convention, arguing over where to go first.

"The DnD Booth is right there!" Shouted his black friend, dressed as the solider Roland.

"But if we go there first, we'll have to deal with the huge line! I say we do the lesser popular stuff first, then we can work our way back." Said Lilth, who has always been the voice of logic amognst them.

Suddenly a man took to the nearby stage, snd leaned into the microphone. "Ladies and gentlemen! Please put your hands together for one of the stars of Star Trek, Leonard Nemoy!" said the man and a rather skinny man came onto the stage holding his arm in the famous Vulcan sign. A mob of screaming die-hard Star Trek fans rushed to the stage, and knocked James to the ground. Looking up he saw dozens of unmemorable faces, none of whom he recgonized.

Jesus Christ! These guys nearly trampled me! he thought to himself These conventions are dangerous!

"Who cares about leonard Nemoy?" Jack mumbled, "Next gen was so much better"
Jack looked around feeling very uncomfortable in the crowd.

"How do you like Sam Fisher as a character" he asked.

Victor chuckled and squeezed it again.
"I'm going to be Hokage!"
