1) Get a crock pot.

2) Put a bunch of meat and vegetables in it. It doesn't matter what, it all ends up tasting the same.

3) Put about 2 cups of rice and the right amount of water to cook it normally. Add about 1/2 a cup on top of that.

4) Leave on for 8 hours.

You've just made Bachelor chow! Bachelor chow can be eaten warm, cold, in a bowl, out of the pot. You can put hot sauce on it, mustard, marmite, whatever. It's just gooey rice, meat, and vegetables.

Who wouldn't want that?

Easy Steak Fajitas

1 chopped onion
2 green bell peppers cut into strips
1-1.5 lbs flank steak cut into strips
1 14 oz can diced tomatos with green chilis (slightly drained)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 chapotle pepper in abido sauce, diced (optional)

in a frying pan on medium heat, brown onion and peppers in 2 tsp cooking oil until onions turn clear. remove and set aside. on medium-low heat, brown the steak strips a handful at a time to avoid steaming the meat. add additional oil as necessary and don't overcook the steak. Turn off heat. in warm frying pan or large serving bowl, mix the cooked vegetables with the steak and add the can of diced tomatoes along with the salt, cumin and chapotle pepper. mix ingredients thoroughly and warm with residual heat or on low if necessary.

serve fajita mix on pan-heated flour tortillas.

Also, Publix has a great tilapia recipe. I tried this and it turned out great:
