Protagonist from Bioshock
Glados (Portal) <--- Just like her too much
Corporeal Beast (Runescape)
Baal (Diablo II)

i personally would make a team of jin (tekken), ryu (street fighter), scorpion (mortal combat), Sigfried(soul caliber) because they are the best fighting game characters of all time
