For me it is The Crawler off Fable 3. He/It manages to be both menacing and awesome at the same time, and the way he just gets into peoples heads is brilliant.

Does Benny from Fallout 3 count as a villain?

Were to begin.... a good villain has to be both powerfull and have style.. and a certain mistery...

Breen(HL2), G-Man(HL2), Vergil(DMC3), Atlas(WC3 and WoW), SHODAN(SShock), Revolver Ocelot(MGS and MGS3), Liquid (MGS and MGS4... kinda in MGS4 theres a whole theory bout it)... oh snap i cant remember of any more....

But in the end ill say Vergil... he is tremendously powerfull, and the coolest guy ever xD
