This is very simple. Just come up with new commandments.

Only a couple rules.
1. People have to be able to follow them in their daily lives.
2. They have to be able to stand the test of time. (at least for a bit)

Here are a couple to get you started.

Thou shall not use internet abbreviations in normal speech.

The answer to "Would you like a free piece of pie?" shall always be "Yes!".

Thou shalt use common sense, and purge any concept which obviously comes under the category of 'retarded'.
