Ok heres the thing....me and my gf are going cosplaying on the 25th (DAY AFTER MY BIRTHDAY WOOO) in london, its our first time and we were wondering if anyone whos going or not has a tips for first time cosplayers....dont worry we are dressin up HUNK FTW....eh hem

Well, don't act all shy about it. Act as if nothing is amiss. Don't start looking around to see if someone is noticing you. And... well, yeah. That's about it. Nothing to it, really.

Not that I've done that before, but from what I can tell, as long as you don't worry about how you look compared with everyone else, you'll have a great time.

Sounds awesome, I'm going to that expo too, but on the 24th.

I can only suggest to try and act within your cosplay personality, makes the whole experience much more fun. I'm thinking of going as The Spy next May, once I manage to convince my friends to do a themed-cosplay.
